Design and planning 

Now that a member of our team has been out to you, and we have got all the dimensions we need, it’s time for the exciting part – the designing! Our team of designers will analyse the dimensions of the room and begin to create concepts based on your unique circumstances and lifestyle.  

The possibilities are endless when it comes to our German kitchens, meaning our designers create multiple options to really maximise the space. Our experienced and professional team of designers love to create the unexpected, and we always think outside the box when it comes to kitchen design – who doesn’t love a curveball design.  

Once we feel comfortable that the designs we have created will work for you, we will invite you to visit us into one of our state-of-the-art showrooms, so that we can sit down together in a private design suite and present our ideas to you. This meeting allows us to discuss the designs together and make any adjustments to your dream kitchen plans. By the end of this appointment, we will have a finalised kitchen plan that has the wow factor you have always dreamt of, as well as the functionality for your daily needs. Most importantly, it will meet the budget you gave us, meaning we can proceed with the order and keep progressing towards installing your new kitchen. 

Project management 

To ensure that the installation of your dream kitchen plan runs smoothly – a site visit from one of our dedicated and accredited installers is the next point of call. The installers will run through the kitchen plans in your home and provide knowledge and guidance in preparing the room. They will also work together with our kitchen designers to make sure that the kitchen units will fit the space, ensuring no complications during installation. 

The team are only a phone call away so if you do have any questions in the lead up to your kitchen install, don’t hesitate to pick their brains! Our team are all German trained to the highest standards, and their knowledge is at your disposal. 

Manufacturing

When the survey is complete and you have made all your final decisions for your kitchen, the next step is for us to send your order to Germany. Your kitchen will be made with precision by robots in the largest German kitchen factory. Every cabinet is made to order as a rigid-built unit and is completely unique to your design. No two kitchens are the same. The worktops will be manufactured the exact size your installer requests. The precision and due diligence of German engineering ensures that your dream kitchen is of the highest quality, and most importantly ready to be installed efficiently.  

Installation  

Once your kitchen has been manufactured, you will be handed over to our expert in-house installers for the next phase of your kitchen project. Installed at a time to suit you and your schedule, our team is on hand with any questions you may have about the process or the kitchen itself, making sure it all goes as smooth as possible. The entire process is overseen by a project manager who will ensure that you are happy at every step of the way. Your new kitchen will be installed in no time! 

Caring for your new kitchen

Finally, once your kitchen has been installed and has settled into your home, we don’t just stop there. We will continue to offer our unrivalled support through our aftercare department, on any queries you may have on the kitchen itself, or how to take care of it. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll sort it because we designed, delivered and installed it. That’s the Prestons promise.
