Assist customers in selecting kitchen products, including appliances, worktops, and accessories
Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and maintenance
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Offer personalised recommendations that align with the client’s style, budget, and requirements
Collaborate with the design and sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for customer service and helping people make informed decisions
Previous experience in retail, sales, or a related field (experience in kitchen or home improvement products is ideal)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
